Land funds

Plannable funds for purchasing or leasing new forest areas – so that we can secure long-term rather than reacting in the short term.

The fund also finances protective measures such as fences, access control, and ongoing monitoring of the areas.

You will receive quarterly updates and an annual impact letter for internal communication and reporting.

Project-Sponsoring

Finance a specific forest project (e.g. Niemegk North or Schwesternwald Niemegk South) with clear objectives and a budget.

Your sponsorship will be displayed on the project page (with your logo if desired) and documented with photo updates.

Ideal for CSR/ESG budgets, because the use of funds is concrete and transparent.

Impact & Reporting

We document areas, measures, and progress in a simple, repeatable reporting format.

You receive reliable figures (e.g., secured area in m²/ha, measures, schedule) plus image material.

This allows you to communicate your impact transparently – without greenwashing claims.

Protection & Biodiversity

Our work strengthens biodiversity, soil, and water balance— key building blocks of resilient ecosystems.

We focus on natural regeneration and site-appropriate, native tree species instead of monocultures.

Companies can use it to support locally effective nature projects – visibly, long-term, responsibly.

ESG impact through forest protection – local, transparent, predictable

Our forests are more than just beautiful landscapes—they are our planet's natural air conditioning system. Through sustainable forest management and targeted reforestation, we are making an active contribution to protecting the climate and the environment.

Securing forest areas (purchase/lease)

Our forests clean the air by binding harmful substances such as particulate matter, CO₂, and ozone. At the same time, they produce vital oxygen, improving air quality locally and globally. Every tree helps to stabilize the climate and slow down global warming.

Protective measures (e.g., fences)

Protective measures such as fences and clear access points help to preserve young regeneration areas so that soils, water balance, and microclimate can recover.

Biodiversity & natural capital

Every square meter of forest is a diverse habitat for numerous plant and animal species. Our naturally managed areas promote robust ecosystems that can sustain themselves and adapt to changing environmental conditions. Biological diversity strengthens nature's resilience and supports a healthy balance.

Quarterly updates & Annual letter

Our goal is to secure large areas of land for the long term and regenerate them in a natural way. Companies can finance this growth through the land fund (on a regular basis) or through project sponsorship (on a specific basis). The land fund is financed by companies through a one-time contribution of $10,000 per acre. The land fund is managed by a professional team of experts who are responsible for the long-term maintenance and regeneration of the land. The land fund is financed by companies through a one-time contribution of $10, Companies can finance this growth through the land fund (regularly) or through project sponsorship (specifically) – including transparent updates and an annual letter.

How do we make forests?

Climate-stable mixed forest that remains intact

Plan

We plan for the long term. Our land is designed individually with local experts and the community. We let nature take its course and only intervene when necessary.

Regenerate

Our areas are regularly documented and monitored. This enables us to identify changes at an early stage and report on progress transparently – with images and key figures.

Preserve

Strict standards and modern data collection ensure the long-term health of the forests. The local community is continuously integrated into the overall project.
